Ella Beavers is a local real estate investor and broker whose previous career as a microfinance consultant and executive spanned seventeen years and brought her to eighty countries. She’ll be speaking to us about her first-hand experiences witnessing the profound impact that small (micro) loans can make in the lives of people in developing countries - especially in the lives of women who struggle under the burdens of third world cultural oppression - and how we all can support this work.
